Students at ReStart Academy at Outreach House created vision boards in Mrs. Mejia’s class to go along with the mindset that “everything is possible.” Students were asked to think about a word that best represented how they feel about their future. Once they finished creating the board, they responded to a writing prompt that asked students who they are and what their hopes and dreams are for the future. Students took pride in their completed boards, and one student even remarked, “When I leave, I want to take my vision board with me to remind me why I need to stay focused because everything is possible.”
