Students from DYC Brooklyn went to see The Outsiders on Broadway. All of the students
enjoyed the classic coming of age story which is filled with emotion and personal growth.
DYC Brooklyn teacher, Ms. Bond, prepared the class for the play by reading the book and
watching excerpts from the movie. One of the students said, “The acting was on point and
the use of effects really sold the realism.
