Services: At his supportive and comprehensive vocational and educational program, we uniquely focus on mental health and wellness. We provide a full range of strength-based, intensive educational, emotional wellness, and vocational programming. In addition to TASC preparation, youth enrolled in the ReStart Academy can participate in vocational assessment and evaluation, career exposure, vocational and educational remediation, and social-emotional support services.
Admission Process: Youth, ages 17–21 may call, walk in, or be referred. Youth under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian during the initial intake.

- Psychosocial assessment & psychiatric report (if applicable, within the last six months)

Outreach House I

Services: We provide a three- to nine-month, highly structured residential substance abuse facility for 12- to 18-year-old adolescents. Youth participate in evidence-based group and individual counseling. Through our multi-modal approach, Outreach House I offers diverse therapeutic activities within a structured therapeutic milieu. We also provide medical, psychiatric, and nursing services to treat the most complex cases comprehensively. The client’s treatment is based on his/her level of self-help and the family systems approach, with peer support as a major component.
ReStart Academy provides a small classroom setting to promote academic achievement and support. It also helps expose residents to various educational opportunities by escorting students to colleges and trade schools and hosting guest speaker presentations covering a range of topics. Our services help residents develop self-esteem and learn necessary life skills to aid their academic success.
Admission Process:
- The guardian of the prospective client must complete a phone screen.
- Once our intake department receives the information from the phone screening, we will contact you to schedule an assessment (at which you must provide the required documents).
- Upon reviewing all documents and completing the assessment, the intake department will determine if your child meets the criteria for residential care. If your child meets the criteria, the intake department will schedule a date and time to admit your child into the program.
